Congress proposes to name March 21st Digital Literacy Day

On February 26, Rep. Edward J. Markey (D-Mass.) introduced H. Res. 81, a resolution to designate March 21st National Digital Literacy Day.  This bill would continue to fund the expansion of broadband access to include more homes as well as to make sure all Americans have the skills needed to be digitally literate.  March 21st also marks the beginning of EveryoneOn, a national ad campaign to highlight the importance of digital literacy. Stay tuned for more on that!
